Our classes are:
– SuperBellies: adapted, safe and fun prenatal fitness and physical birth preparation.
– SuperMums: adapted postnatal fitness and specific abdominal workout ( tra & hypopressives)
– WonderWomums: women’s training: Hiit workout and Hypopressives at the end.
– Hypopressives by LPF: postural and breathing training to tone your pelvic floor, close your diastasis, reduce your waistline, reinforce your back and improve your posture.
– Glutes, Abs and Hypopressives LPF: intense express class, totally safe for everyone, even if you have diastasis.
– Babywearing Dance class: Fun dancing class with your babies.
– Birth Preparation Express course, once a month by a specialist prenatal physiotherapist.
We also have 2 physiotherapist specialist in: sport, scoliosis and paediatric.
